The rental is a 900sq ft home with 2BR/1BA with 2 Queen beds. There is a full kitchen with a washer/dryer available in the rental, including all WiFi and TV access.
The entire rental is accessible by the guest.
John and Pam are available during your stay to assist in anything you may need while in our rental. We are accessible via AirBnB or by text as needed.
Cozy Casita is located in downtown Albuquerque in a historic community formerly known as “Martinez Town” near the downtown area.
Parking is on private property near the rental. Additional parking for guests is also located on the property so no need to park on public property.

Has definitely been my favorite place that we’ve booked in Albuquerque because of how private and cozy it was! It has everything you need and we had no worries about where we were staying. Host was incredibly friendly, he greeted us in person and walked us through everything we needed to know! We had a great experience!

This place is in a great location for getting to places. We had a little difficulty finding it but that was on us.... We loved the space and felt very safe. John responded very proactively to a possible problem. Good communicators. Space was very clean and well stocked.

John’s place has a lot of pluses- private, off road parking, quiet, very comfortable beds, lots of bureau drawers, ample kitchen space, very clean, comfortable couch in living room, washer/dryer combo very convenient, courtyard available for sitting outside(when he gets some small tables and lawn chairs).If more than two folks stay there, a comfortable chair in the living room would help. The location is perfect for easily accessing by car old town, downtown, the mountains, the petroglyphs, etc.
