Location is great! So close to town and an easy, 5 minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park. Check in was easy and the place was clean. My issue was with communication and some of the things in the house not working properly. It was unseasonably hot and the AC in both bedrooms was getting cold/ cool. I inquired about this in the morning and never received an answer (in the 2 days we were there). I had to move my kids to another room (meditation room) where the AC worked. This house was well thought out and had nice amenities but needs some maintenance. I sent multiple messages about the pool and never received an answer. It was only 1/2 full by the 2nd day and covered with bugs. It would have been nice to know how to refill it and where the pool net was to clean it (no response to these questions). The fridge water filter needs to be replaced. I think once it has some maintenance (and better communication) it will be back to 5 stars.

Perfect place to unwind. My girlfriend and I had an amazing weekend here and really enjoyed looking at the stars while relaxing in the hot tub. The projector worked great too. Would definitely recommend!

The host Nomadia is extremely courtesy and well provided for everything we need during our whole stay from start to finish. They make our first RV experience truly memorable. We shout out to her and we definitely will rent again if we come back to Joshua Tree!!!

This is the second time we have booked with this company and we should have learned our lesson the first time. The place looks great online but in person there were several things not up to par for the price: -Dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before using -The rugs were crusty & dirty -Bath towels were cheap and small -The lava lamps didn't work (we found one bulb that did fix one lava lamp. None of the batteries in the lights worked (host said they would drop off batteries and lave lamps but never did) The day before we were supposed to check-in my grandma unexpectedly ended up in the ER. I am her medical POA and caregiver and did not feel comfortable leaving her alone while I went on a vacation. I explained this to the host, acknowledged the refund policy, and offered to provide proof, and they still would not refund/rebook. Our friends ended up going the first night and we joined the second night but the lack of empathy ensures we will never book with this company again.
